With the Sauvignon Blanc: Thai Chili Shrimp Skewers, and Crab Stuffed Phyllo Cups.
With the Chardonnay: Asparagus & Ham Pastry Crisp Roll-ups, and Polenta Crostini with Goat Cheese and Balsamic Marinated Red Onion.
With the Pinot Noir: Parmesan and Shrimp Rye Toast, and Seafood Stuffed Potato Skins.
With the Cabernet: Antipasto platter, and Roast Tenderloin on Crostini.
With the Blend: Buffalo Chicken Satay with Blue Cheese dip, and Italian Stuffed Jumbo Mushroom Cap.
