Tastes of crushed berries and cherries.  Elegant and rich finish.

Tastes smooth with flavors of cassis, red berries and nice oak.

 

Trentadue OPR (Old Patch Red) North Coast California

Taste is Zinfandel based blend with Petite Sirah, Carignon, and 

Sangioveseza.

Appetizer Menu

Every appetizer plate will include the ALL the following with two appetizers designed specifically for each wine:

With the Sauvignon Blanc: Thai Chili Shrimp Skewers, and Crab Stuffed Phyllo Cups.

With the Chardonnay: Asparagus & Ham Pastry Crisp Roll-ups, and Polenta Crostini with Goat Cheese and Balsamic Marinated Red Onion.

With the Pinot Noir: Parmesan and Shrimp Rye Toast, and Seafood Stuffed Potato Skins.

With the Cabernet:  Antipasto platter, and Roast Tenderloin on Crostini.

With the Blend: Buffalo Chicken Satay with Blue Cheese dip, and Italian Stuffed Jumbo Mushroom Cap.

All will be labels and any instructions needed but most can be eaten at room temp but that can be up to the individual.
