Poppy Chardonnay Santa Lucia Highlands

A big mouthful of pear apple and tropical fruit, but the oak flavor is very subdued.  Youthful acidity, makes it great with anything with butter, olive oil, or cream sauce.

Taonga Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough New Zealand

Bright lemon-lime citrus notes with just a touch of grapefruit flavor that works well with anything you would put lemon on.  Use with fried fish or shellfish and strong cheese like goat cheese.

Giapoza Pinot Noir California

Soft smooth cherry berry fruit with subtle taste of violets.  I like this wine with Salmon, fish and Chicken or Turkey.

Coto de Hayas Garnacha Centenaria Spain

The ultimate steak wine.  The flavor is like cherry cassis and with neutral oak aging, it has a pure fruit flavor with just the right acidity to work with fatty foods.  Highly rated every year.  From 100 year old vines.

Tapiz Alta Cabernet Sauvignon Mendoza Argentina

A favorite of Joan, Joanne, Kenny and John.  High altitude makes for concentrated flavors and smooth tannins.  Also highly rated every year.

The Taonga Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough New Zealand is paired with Asparagus, Fontina and Asiago cheese wrapped in filo baked crisp (veg)


The Giapoza Pinot Noir California is paired with Sticky Chicken wings, Chicken wings baked in an Asian style glaze


The Coto de Hayas Garnacha Centenaria Spain is paired with Sicilian Steak Bites- Choice Beef tenderloin in Italian breading pan fried golden brown 

served with our homemade marinara sauce.

The Tapiz Alta Cabernet Sauvignon Mendoza Argentina is paired with Caramelized onion and BBQ Pork Flatbread- Grilled flatbread topped with barbecued pork,

caramelized onions, shredded cheese then baked.
